Rooms are of a generous size, clean, smell fresh, and always clean. I stay there often when on business in that area. Staff is the best--friendly, professional, helpful, and will go above and beyond to help your stay a nice one. Have a pool and gym but I had no time to use either. Love really nice though. There are geese on the back side who are fun to watch. Excellent free breakfast. Several restaurants in the immediate area as well as grocery stores, Walmart and more.

Prior to choosing a hotel for my stay during COVID 19, I called in advance and spoke w/ the hotel's General Manager, and inquired about the protocols they have in place to safeguard guests during this challenging time. I was impressed and decided to use the Microtel Inn & Suites in Georgetown, DE. I was not disappointed.
Not only was the room immaculate, the facility overall was remarkably well-kept and the staff were both helpful and courteous throughout my stay. I'll occasionally be returning to the area over the next few months, and this hotel and its Team has earned my repeat business. I look forward to my next stay

Loved my experience from clean areas to friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Business center was accessible. Gym and pool were great. Internet was fast also. Located near shopping also. I look forward to returning.

We were there for a baseball tournament at Sports at the Beach. Everything couldn’t have gone better. The staff was accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Having a team stay at a hotel is not easy. They were patient and couldn’t be more helpful to both players and parents. The location was close to the tournament complex and was easy to get back and forth to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Microtel Georgetown and appreciate the kindness of the staff. We will be sure to visit again when our team plays in this tournament again.

This hotel was very clean, everything was washed and new, soaps unopened, clean towels and sheets, and very comfortable. Just rite pillows and we were greeted with all friendly staff for the 2nights we were there. Breakfast was a grab and go hot sandwich with fruit and water, the coffee and juice were available too. The coffee was ok from a machine. We used the microwave and small refrigerator available in the room. I like the desk too with a body length mirror. It was ~40mins from Rehoboth Beach and an easy drive to and from a few of the other beaches also. The staff were not worried about the sand we may have carried in with us. We all had a great time.

The property is beautiful, and the rooms are well kept. Staff is friendly and attentive. No complaints about my stay and will stay here again in the future should I need to come back. Great internet connectivity.
